Statement

Tecnomyl S.A. presents in this Code of Ethics and Conduct its principles and values, as well as its position towards the different situations within which the company interacts. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct is a guide that articulates in a clear manner the norms about which all the shareholders, advisors, employees, contractors, subcontractors, providers, and associates must do business and bond with the company. The same must be adopted as means of orientation in their decisions, attitudes, conducts, and ethics actions in the corporate, social, and personal spheres.

Our stakeholders put their trust in the Company and is our behavior and conduct based on these ethical principles, the ones that sustain the value and respect towards our brand from the market and the community. It’s essential that each one of us does its part to continue building a culture that aligns with our Code of Ethics and Conduct. The Company’s commitment regarding quality and integrity constitute the base of everything we do.

It is the obligation of all members of the Company to read and understand this Code thus forming part of the commitment that, through it, we assume. Our path to leadership begins undoubtably by doing business with integrity, being that a constant guide throughout our entire journey.

The obliged subject must reflect in his duties and work he performs, and attitude of personal commitment, honesty, frankness, and justice

The obliged subject must provide to the internal and external clients a friendly and respectful treatment. Must show an attitude of collaboration and solidarity with others, helping create a Personal environment.

The obliged subject must look for different solution alternatives and present products and ideas that solve problems or situations, applying all his expertise and knowledge.

The obliged subject must develop his ability to perform teamwork, maintaining a professional, participatory and collaborative attitude, integrating the contributions of all for the goals better achievement.

The staff member must use the available resources of the Company optimally and effectively and should transmit with his example, the behavior he wants to instill to his peers and co-workers.

The obliged subject must comply responsibly with the commitments made, attend in a timely manner to internal and external meetings, planning the activities in advance. Put into practice the knowledge and previous experiences in the tasks he develops to achieve concrete results.

The obliged subject, must keep secret any information that comes to his attention, regarding the working systems of the departments, finance, production, research development, marketing, sales, collections, etc., used or designed for the Company, being prohibited for the same to use information of any kind obtained in the company to provide other companies of local or international competition.

The obliged subject, is committed to using all its expertise and knowledge in fulfilling the hired services, exclusively for the company, being prohibited for the same develop the same paid activities or provision of services to other company during his stay in the company.

The obliged subject cannot use for himself or for third parties, during his stay in the company, or after his retirement; documents, reports, lists of clients, brand representation, products, services, or commercial reports.

The obliged subject should continuously work and pursue change-oriented goals, be flexible and transform ideas into actions, looking to anticipate and solve problems and not limit himself to only carry out orders or his functions. On the other hand, Leaders should encourage this behavior in his team, encouraging them to set new challenges.

Is a thriving and young company settled in Paraguay 29 years ago, with a broad future projection; its main value is the success and quality environment, generating operational excellence in all the processes and policies of our people who live day by day with the mission of becoming leaders.

We are an industry that bets on the country, generating direct employment for our staff members, and indirectly to their network of distributors, providers of raw materials and supplies, transportation and services.
